Hall of Fame 2012: Karen Webster

29 Aug

We’re so proud to induct Karen Webster into our Hall of Fashion Fame in 2012. Starting her fashion career as a designer, Karen has worked tirelessly behind the scenes as an advocate of Australian fashion for decades. She is most noted for her role as RMIT’s program director and her contributions as director of the L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival, but has also played major parts in advising on boards of various industry bodies. Karen Webster has been an inspiration, a font of knowledge and a pillar of support to many over the years, especially emerging designers wanting to enter the competitive fashion industry. Welcome to the Fashion Hall of Fame Karen Webster!
